Heather Stennett

Heather has always been involved in show jumping but it was when she joined the BSJA at 14 that her career took off, and she finished her junior years having won just about every local championship on her JA ponies.

The success continued into Young Riders, including 7th place in the Under 21 final at Horse of the Year Show 1993 and wins at county level. This culminated in jumping the winning round for England U21 team to take the gold on a horse she produced herself which went on to be ridden by Franke Sloothaak and Olympic champion Jeroen Dubbledam.
